Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before your underwater adventure

📋 Requirements & Restrictions

Do I need to know how to swim?

No, you don't need to know how to swim. This is one of the biggest advantages of Aquatrek. The Sea Trek helmet allows you to breathe normally while walking on the ocean floor. Our certified instructors accompany you at all times to ensure your safety.

Is it safe for children?

Yes, it's safe for children from 6 years old with a minimum height of 1.20 meters (about 4 feet). Minors are always accompanied by an instructor dedicated exclusively to them. It's a family-friendly activity par excellence.

What if I have claustrophobia?

The Sea Trek helmet has a 180° panoramic view and doesn't cover your face directly - your head stays inside an air bubble. Most people with mild claustrophobia don't experience problems. However, if you have severe claustrophobia, we recommend consulting with us before booking.

Can I wear glasses during the activity?

Yes, you can wear your regular glasses. The helmet has enough space to wear them comfortably. You don't need contact lenses or special diving goggles.

Can pregnant women participate?

We don't recommend the activity for pregnant women as a precaution. Although the activity is safe, we prefer not to take risks during pregnancy.
